Pum Chung (the small vase breath) is the entry and foundation for all yogic practice involving Tsa (energy channels), Lung (internal winds), and Thig-le (essential seminal energy points). These are known as Nadi / Prana / Bindu in Sanskrit. In this one day teaching we will examine the structure of the subtle body, including the three main channels and five chakras. The extent to which one’s thig-le is purified determines the level of practice that is appropriate and best for each individual. However, these teachings are seldom given. You are invited to join us for this rare and precious opportunity to ground yourself in wakefulness.
